"Quality in a Project Environment" - Bite size session covering the creation & ongoing management of a robust Quality Strategy throughout the project life cycle.


"Raising the Bar" - For senior managers this half day workshop is an introduction to Emotional Intelligence. Delegates are asked to focus on how emotions affect behaviour, who "presses their buttons" & how to develop self awareness so they can control negative emotions that affect their interactions with others. This has a follow up day when delegates meet up to reflect on their actions / experiences.


"Presentation Skills" 1 day from design, preparation, practice to final delivery every step is covered in depth - with practice of delivery as the final stage.

 

"Elements of Management" - Scientific / Medical Health Organisation - A 3 day workshop that takes an holistic approach to the manager's role in 3 parts: Self reflection - what are our own strengths & weaknesses? Team management - how to manage teams & individuals. Employment Law - the essentials that every manager must know including a detailed insight of the disciplinary process.

 

"Advanced Project Management" - Scientific / Medical Health Organisation. 2 day - detailed work on PM skills - up front planning, business case production, implementation & closure. A course that runs to Prince 2 guidelines.

 

"Managing your Career" - 1 day workshop for managers / supervisors facing restructure in a London borough. How to effectively manage their own career path - not just about interview techniques & writing CV's, this course works on raising confidence levels, having the right mental attitude, building up an internet profile, networking, voluntary work & planning for the future. The one day workshop is followed up 2 weeks later by a series of one to one coaching meetings with each delegate to assess their plans for the future.


"Defining,managing & realising benefits" Bite size session - run to Prince 2 guidelines. 

 

"Effective Performance Appraisal" - A series of 2 hour workshops for 150 + managers / staff in a London borough revitalising the performance appraisal process. How to make this key meeting really work - not simply pay lip service to it !

 

"Dealing with Challenging Behaviours" - Specialist health organisation - A 1 day workshop designed for managers that are faced with dealing with the challenging behaviours of staff across a backdrop of workplace change. It focuses on factors that can cause individuals to behave negatively & how these can affect the team’s wellbeing & its ability to function cohesively. Most importantly the workshop looks to instruct & inform delegates of what they can do to effect long term positive changes in behaviour, thereby creating a better working environment.

 

"Introduction to Projects" - 1 day for NHS CCG for a newly established PMO & admin staff offering ad hoc project support. How to establish a centre of excellence, work with newly designed templates.


"Project management" - 2 day advanced - private sector worldwide publishing house to Prince 2 guidelines.

 

"Engaging with our Customers" face to face & on the phone - 1 & half day workshops. Looking at the underlying principles of good customer service. Recognising that the customer is all of the people we engage with. How thoughts, feelings & behaviour affect our interactions so we need to build rapport & create an environment of trust.
